The House

The house has two double room suites and an openspace kitchen and living-room with another bathroom and a sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully furnished, the bedrooms have towels and sheets at your disposal. The house has Internet and Cable TV.

Definition of seasons

• High season: June 15 to September 15, New Year's Eve (29 Dec - 2 Jan) - minimum stay of one week (7 nights), check in on Saturday;
• Middle season: from 15 March to 14 June, from 16 September to 15 November, from 22 December to 5 January; the minimum stay is 3 nights;
• Low season: from 6 January to 14 March, from 16 November to 21 December; minimum stay is 2 nights.

Other information

• Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure;
• The accommodation is equipped with bed linen, towels (one hand towel, one bath towel and one pool towel per person), outdoor furniture and a barbecue;
• For stays of one week, towels are changed and for longer stays, general cleaning takes place weekly;
• If you are accompanying someone with special needs, please contact us to discuss the suitability of our property before booking;
• We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our property.

Payment

• The effectuation of the reservation implies the payment of 30% of the amount of the stay, refundable in case of cancellation up to 7 days of the arrival date;
• The use of the sofa bed/extra bed has a cost of 20 euros per person/day;
• The payment is made by bank transfer, or in cash on the day of arrival;
• Payments are made in euros;
• A security deposit of € 200 may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned on the date of departure, after inspection of the accommodation. If any damage has occurred, the cost of restitution will be deducted from the said deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the customer will be responsible for the difference;
• Prices include the legal VAT rate in force, air conditioning, water, electricity, satellite TV and Internet.
